Job Summary
Were looking for a Consulting Manager to drive business growth strategize for go-to-market and manage client delivery. This is a highly visible influential role entrusted with developing and delivering innovative consulting solutions. Youll channel your entrepreneurial spirit as you use advanced technology to solve business problems. Along the way youll have the opportunity to provide mentorship and guidance as you collaborate with your team.
Delivery Responsibilities
- Manage client engagement for complex transformational programs.
- Support the development of business and technical strategies business cases and implementation plans.
- Lead client interviews and facilitate engagement among stakeholders.
- Work with clients to document and/or discover current and future state business processes.
- Perform and manage technical project work such as developing solution concepts reviewing vendors design documents and requirements traceability.
- Support business requirements definition and request for proposal development.
- Support proposal evaluation selection process statement of work development and vendor contract negotiation.
- Support or act as project manager to develop project plans key milestones and project control structure.
- Transfer knowledge capabilities and skills to improve others knowledge and skill levels.
Business Development Responsibilities
- Contribute to the business development process as a subject matter expert (SME).
- Support proposals and business development for utility clients.

Qualifications :
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in a consulting environment with proven experience as a technical project manager
- Exposure or experience with Python SQL or R for data analysis (or expert Excel)
- Demonstrated interest in cloud technologies data science machine learning or data engineering
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Experience in delivering enterprise-level end-to-end (design to go-live) technical solutions
- Experience creating business requirement documents
- Strong understanding of and experience in SDLC methodologies (Agile Waterfall)
- Proficiency in various PM tools such as Azure DevOps Jira etc.
- Ability to travel based on client and practice demands
Preferred Qualifications
- Scrum master (CSM or PSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Previous experience working within the energy and/or utilities industry
- Experience working in a production environment as a data analyst or developer
Additional Information :
At Logic20/20 we believe in recognizing and rewarding exceptional talent. Logic20/20 offers a competitive compensation package with a target base salary range of $128000 - $150772. The final base salary offered is dependent on factors such as relevant experience skills qualifications and location. Eligible employees may also qualify for performance-based bonuses and other incentives.
