Salary: $85000 - $95000 USD per annum

Responsibilities

As the Talent Acquisition Manager you will lead our recruitment efforts and play a crucial part in building a high-performing team. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse and high-calibre talent for our consulting practice.
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to interviewing offering and onboarding.
  • Partnering closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and define role specifications.
  • Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates through various channels including professional networks social media and industry events.
  • Enhancing our employer brand to position BLUE HARBOUR CONSULTING LTD as an employer of choice.
  • Analysing recruitment metrics and providing regular reports to track performance and inform future strategy.
  • Ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
  • Staying current with recruitment trends and best practices to continuously improve our talent acquisition function.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in talent acquisition. We are looking for an individual with:

  • Demonstrable experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager Recruitment Manager or in a similar senior recruiting role.
  • Experience recruiting within the professional services or consulting industry is highly advantageous.
  • A deep understanding of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.
  • Exceptional communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other modern recruitment technologies.
  • A degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
