This is a full-time role based in Minneapolis Minnesota United States. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a variety of telecommunications projects from conception through to completion ensuring they are delivered on time within budget and to the highest standard. Responsibilities
* Define project scope objectives and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and key stakeholders. * Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines resource allocation and budget management. * Lead and coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure flawless execution of projects. * Manage changes to the project scope project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. * Measure project performance using suitable systems tools and techniques. * Perform risk management to minimise potential risks and create contingency plans. * Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. * Provide regular and clear progress reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Project Manager preferably within the telecommunications industry. * A strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2 Agile). * Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively. * Solid organisational skills including meticulous attention to detail and the ability to multitask. * Proficiency in project management software tools. * Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset. * A bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Business IT or Engineering is desirable. * A professional project management qualification (PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent) is highly advantageous.
