The ideal candidate will be a proactive and strategic thinker responsible for overseeing all aspects of our human resources practices and processes. Responsibilities
* Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that are aligned with the overall business strategy.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
* Support current and future business needs through the development engagement motivation and preservation of human capital.
* Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and employee development.
* Nurture a positive working environment and handle employee relations issues including grievances and disciplinary matters.
* Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management staying current with employment legislation in the United States.
* Manage employee compensation and benefits programmes ensuring they are competitive and equitable.
* Develop and monitor overall HR systems tactics and procedures across the organisation.
* Provide clear and concise reports to the management team on HR metrics.
Qualifications
* Proven working experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role.
* In-depth knowledge of US labour law and HR best practices.
* Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics and HR systems.
* Excellent active listening negotiation and presentation skills.
* Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
* A degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field is highly desirable.
* Experience within the management consulting or technology sector would be a significant advantage.
