We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Service Coordinator with 34 years of experience preferably within a retail or service environment to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating service operations managing team schedules and ensuring efficient allocation of technical staff and vehicles to meet operational and client needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and manage daily service operations.
- Plan allocate and adjust technical staff and vehicle schedules according to service requirements.
- Supervise and support a team of 2025 staff members.
- Open and close service tickets on the service management platform.
- Monitor service performance metrics including time and efficiency targets.
- Issue track and control consumables and service materials.
- Assist with monthly stock counts and inventory management.
- Investigate and resolve minor customer complaints.
- Maintain accurate service records and operational documentation.
- Update client route and scheduling to improve delivery service.
- Support general administrative and coordination duties within the service department.
Requirements:- 34 years experience in a service coordination retail or operations role.
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration Operations Logistics or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong personality with leadership ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with service platforms scheduling tools and basic reporting.
