Job Summary
We are seeking a recent BCom in Supply Chain / Logistics or BCompt / BCom in Accounting/ Finance graduate to join our clients team based in Jet Park for a 12-month Stock Controller & Finance Support Internship. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated individual looking to gain hands-on experience in stock control financial administration and reporting within a dynamic environment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist with stock control and inventory management including stock counts tracking and reconciliations.
- Monitor stock movements and investigate variances and discrepancies.
- Support the finance team with capturing transactions processing invoices and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with stock reporting costing and basic financial analysis.
- Liaise with suppliers warehouse and internal teams to ensure accurate stock flow and documentation.
- Provide general administrative support to both finance and operations departments.
Minimum Requirements:
- Completed BCom in Supply Chain Management / Logistics
OR - Completed BCom / BCompt in Accounting or Finance
- Strong numerical ability and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a stock control and finance environment
