WFM Scheduling Officer Start Date: 4 May
The Role
As a WFM Scheduling Officer youll work closely with our Workforce Planning and Operations teams to help create and manage staff schedules. Your work will help ensure our teams are properly resourced so we can continue delivering great service to our customers. This is a 12 Month Secondment open to all permanent employees.
Youll use systems and data to support scheduling keep information up to date and work with leaders to make sure staffing levels are balanced across teams.
Key Responsibilities
In this role you will:
Help build and update staff schedules so teams are resourced effectively
Maintain scheduling systems including updating team structures and skills
Process team change requests (such as role or team updates) in a timely and accurate way
Provide basic reporting and insights to support scheduling decisions
Keep an eye on staffing levels and flag any potential issues early
Work closely with operational leaders and stakeholders across the business
Share observations or suggestions that may help improve scheduling processes
Support a positive experience for both internal stakeholders and customers
About You
Youre organised detail-oriented and enjoy working in a role where planning coordination and problem solving are key. Youre comfortable using systems managing information and working with different teams to keep things running smoothly.
This role could suit someone who has previously worked in roles such as:
Operations Officer / Operations Coordinator
Workforce Planning or Scheduling roles
Contact Centre Real Time Analyst / Planner
Business Support or Administration roles
Resource Planning / Rostering roles
Team Coordinator or Workforce Coordinator
Experience in Workforce Management is helpful but not essential if you have strong organisational skills and enjoy working with data and systems.
