Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a skilled Phlebotomist / Medical Assistant to support both clinical and administrative operations in a fast-paced healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will assist with patient care perform blood draws support front-office activities and ensure a smooth patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and room patients while ensuring a welcoming environment
Draw blood (phlebotomy/venipuncture) and perform specimen collection
Record vital signs and patient medical information
Perform EKG and point-of-care (POC) testing
Assist with vaccinations and clinical procedures
Handle patient scheduling and phone calls
Maintain accurate documentation using Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
Provide support to both front and back office operations

Required Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of Medical Assistant experience (externship not included)
Experience with Phlebotomy / Venipuncture
Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
Strong communication attention to detail and computer skills

Preferred Qualifications

Medical Assistant Certification
Occupational Health experience
