We are hiring a full-time Medical Office Receptionist to join our team on-site at our Kingstowne VA location. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our patients responsible for managing the front desk answering phone calls scheduling appointments and maintaining an organized reception area. Additional responsibilities include verifying insurance information maintaining patient records and ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for all visitors.
Qualifications:
Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and managing Receptionist Duties
Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and maintaining organized front office operations
Experience with Medical Office procedures and Insurance Verification processes
Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in medical administration is beneficial
This is a part-time position. Currently seeking qualified candidates to work Tuesdays (7am-1pm) Wednesday (1pm-7pm) Thursday (1pm-6pm) Fridays (7am-1pm) Saturdays (8am-Noon). Additional hours maybe added in the future. (Spanish Speaking a plus)
