As a Records and Information Management Officer you will be responsible for overseeing the storage governance security and lifecycle management of operational documents and data assets. This role ensures all sensitive information is protected and organisational records are maintained to compliance standards.

This role will be the central point of control for document management data cataloguing controlled information access and security governance for the F-AMTS Program.

The role we are offering you

• Accountable for the architecture design and management of the document and data management system
• Responsible for the document lifecycle; creation classification version control approvals publishing archiving and disposal.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external governance frameworks
• Act as the central cog for everything document and data control and security of information.

Our ideal candidate has:

• Ideally hold a Certificate III or IV in Records Management Information Management Librarianship Administration or similar.
• Experience in document control or library services
• Strong experience within a regulated industry such as defence aviation health engineering etc
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite

Location:

• Homebush NSW or Brisbane QLD
• We operate a hybrid working approach.
• Your role will involve some national and international travel

As the Australian Department of Defence is a major client you must be eligible to obtain a Defence Security Clearance to work in this role please be mindful to obtain a clearance one of the main requirements is you must be an Australian Citizen.
