Responsibilities:

As Territory Sales Manager Medical youll own the medical vertical in

your territory and drive real impact:

Grow revenue & market share Hunt for new hospitals nursing

homes diagnostic centers and convert them to Ansells premium range

(targeted sales recurrent business).

Build loyal relationships Become the go-to expert for end users

(surgeons purchase heads infection control teams) and distributors.

Coach & empower distributors Train their teams on Ansell products

run powerful joint calls in-services and promotional programs that win

business.

Strategize like a pro Create monthly territory plans spot new

opportunities (new hospitals/projects) and use CRM (Salesforce) to stay

sharp.

Lead in the field Network at medical exhibitions CMEs trade

shows and local healthcare forums

Budget management

Gather market intelligence new projects and market research.

Were Looking For:

7 years of strong field sales experience in Surgical Gloves / Medical

Devices / Examination Gloves / Healthcare PPE

Graduation (any stream) MBA preferred but not mandatory if you

have killer sales track record

Proven ability to convert end-users and grow distributors

Excellent relationship-building & communication skills (you love talking

to doctors & decision-makers)

Strong planning execution you turn targets into wins month after

month

Comfortable with CRM tools reporting and data-driven selling
