Job Summary
Job Description Business Analyst (Banking Domain with Automation Experience)
- Analyze and document business requirements within the banking domain collaborating with stakeholders to understand process needs and improvement opportunities.
- Work closely with business and technical teams to translate requirements into functional specifications and process workflows.
- Identify opportunities to implement RPA BPM or workflow automation to improve operational efficiency.
- Support the design and implementation of automation solutions using platforms like UiPath Automation Anywhere or BPM tools.
- Create process documentation user stories BRDs/FRDs and ensure alignment with banking compliance and standards.
- Facilitate workshops requirement gathering sessions and stakeholder meetings across business and IT teams.
- Assist in UAT planning execution and defect tracking to ensure successful deployment of automation solutions.
- Monitor process performance and recommend continuous improvements and optimization within banking operations
