• 8 years of experienceas a Business Analyst with proven expertise indigitalonboarding journeys.
• Strong understanding ofmobile app journey design particularly withinonboarding and servicing for Wealth Management products.
• Ability to map and optimize customer journeys forend-to-enddigitalexperiences from account setup to servicing.
• Hands-on experience working withAgile delivery teams including writing user stories managingbacklogs and coordinating with UX/UI designers and product owners.
• Skilled inrequirements gathering stakeholder management and translating business needs into functional and technical requirements.
• Experience collaborating across multiple regions and teams with a customer-centric mindset and strong communication skills.
• Prior exposure tobanking or wealth management platformspreferred.
