| Email Business Analyst Location: Pune India Position Overview: The Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting Business- As-Usual (BAU) operations related to email systems as well as Information Technology Application Owner (ITAO) activities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Gather analyse and document requirements for email BAU processes and ITAOrelated initiatives. Coordinate with IT business units and compliance teams to ensure email systems meet regulatory and operational standards. Support ITAO responsibilities including risk assessments application lifecycle management and audit preparations. Develop and maintain process documentation user guides and training materials for email-related applications. Ensure adherence to data protection policies and information security guidelines in all email operations. Collaborate on automation and optimisation initiatives to streamline BAU and ITAO processes. REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Strong analytical and communication skills with experience in business process mapping. Knowledge of email systems IT governance and compliance frameworks. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and prioritise effectively. Experience with documentation user support and stakeholder management. Proficiency in MS Office project management tools and JIRA. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience in BAU operations and ITAO roles within large organisations. Understanding of Indian and global data protection regulations. For internal use only Certification in business analysis or IT governance (such as CBAP ITIL or similar).
