Job Summary

Adobe Workfront Developer Senior Level

The Senior Adobe Workfront Developer will serve as the technical lead and solutions architect for Workfront implementations and integrations across Adobe Experience Cloud and external platforms. This role focuses on complex automation design cross-platform orchestration reporting frameworks and continuous improvement of operational efficiency through technology.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect and implement scalable Workfront solutions including workflows templates automations and governance frameworks.

- Lead the design and deployment of advanced Fusion integrations with Adobe Experience Manager Adobe Campaign Analytics and external tools such as Microsoft Teams and Azure DevOps.

- Build and maintain a comprehensive reporting and analytics framework to measure operational efficiency cycle times and bottlenecks across teams.

- Partner with business stakeholders to identify and deliver process automation opportunities that reduce manual intervention and enhance transparency.

- Define best practices for Workfront governance change management and system scalability.

- Coach and mentor junior team members and provide thought leadership on MarTech automation and integration best practices.

- Collaborate directly with Adobe engineering support and internal IT to troubleshoot complex issues and drive innovation.

Qualifications

- 7 10 years of hands-on experience in Adobe Workfront development and architecture including Fusion scripting and advanced API integrations.

- Fluent with Adobe Workfront best practices and recommended design patterns for process automation

- Strong track record in process automation and workflow optimization including KPI measurement design.

- Experience implementing enterprise-wide Workfront governance and automation frameworks.

- Deep understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem (Workfront AEM Campaign Journey Optimizer Analytics).

- Proven ability to architect and deploy custom integrations using REST APIs (e.g. Microsoft ADO SharePoint Team).

- Solid grasp of agile methodologies and CI/CD integration within marketing or technology environments.

- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to business outcomes.
