REQUIREMENTS
- Total 7.5 years experience
- Experience on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) RTCDP and Adobe Campaign/AJO.
- Strong experience in AEP architecture unified customer profile design and customer data platforms
- Hands-on experience with XDM schemas Identity Graphs and Merge Policies for identity resolution.
- Experience designing marketing workflows and campaign orchestration in Adobe Campaign.
- Experience with data ingestion using AEP Sources Destinations and Dataflows.
- Strong skills in JavaScript SQL JSON and REST/SOAP API integrations.
- Experience with Adobe Data Prep and AEP Query Service for data transformation.
- Good understanding of Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and cross-channel reporting.
- Experience integrating AEP with Adobe Campaign AJO Adobe Target and Analytics.
- Knowledge of Adobe Launch (Tags) and Web SDK for event data collection.
- Ability to troubleshoot identity resolution issues data latency and campaign delivery performance.
- Experience defining data governance policies including DULE for privacy compliance.
- Preferred Adobe certifications in AEP RTCDP Adobe Campaign or AJO.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and implement AEP and RTCDP architectures for unified customer profiles.
- Develop and manage campaign workflows and marketing journeys using Adobe Campaign/AJO.
- Define XDM schemas identity namespaces merge policies and segmentation strategies.
- Configure data ingestion pipelines and real-time data activation.
- Implement custom JavaScript logic and workflow automation in Adobe Campaign.
- Integrate AEP with Adobe Experience Cloud and third-party marketing platforms.
- Troubleshoot data ingestion identity resolution and campaign delivery issues.
- Support UAT deployments and production rollouts.
- Conduct architecture reviews and ensure best practices across implementations.
- Mentor team members and collaborate with marketing product and engineering teams.
