Key Skills & Concepts

AEM Assets:

Digital Asset Management (DAM) principles managing image video document libraries eliminating silos.
AEM architecture (Java OSGi JCR) for deeper development if needed.
Configuring asset versioning and metadata within AEM.

Adobe Workfront:

Project Management (planning tracking reporting).
Workflow creation task management and resource allocation.
Using custom forms for project data and metadata.

Integration Skills (Workfront <> AEM Assets):

Configuration: Setting up the Workfront Connector and Fusion for automation.
Automation: Automating asset syncing folder creation and metadata updates between platforms.
Metadata Mapping: Syncing custom metadata from Workfront (projects tasks) to AEM Assets.
Workflow Orchestration: Connecting creative tasks (Workfront) with asset storage (AEM Assets).

Strategic/Business Skills:

Understanding the end-to-end content supply chain.
