Whatyoullbe doing

• Servicing acrossMaitland Newcastle and Central Coast.
• Inspect damaged homesin-persontovalidateclaims
• Scope repairs accurately using the best repair methodand authorise the work.
• Apply policylegislationand industry standards
• Manage your own diary and workload
• Work closely with builders and service providers to ensure quality repairs
• Keep documentation tight and compliant
• Balance cost control with customer experience

Whatyoullhave

• Experience in the Home Insurance Industry or Home Assessing
• Construction industry experience with a building or trade qualification (e.g. Carpentry Plumbing).
