Whatyoullbe doing
- Servicing acrossMaitland Newcastle and Central Coast.
- Inspect damaged homesin-persontovalidateclaims
- Scope repairs accurately using the best repair methodand authorise the work.
- Apply policylegislationand industry standards
- Manage your own diary and workload
- Work closely with builders and service providers to ensure quality repairs
- Keep documentation tight and compliant
- Balance cost control with customer experience
Whatyoullhave
- Experience in the Home Insurance Industry or Home Assessing
- Construction industry experience with a building or trade qualification (e.g. Carpentry Plumbing).
