We are seekingRegistered Nurses and Enrolled Nursesto join our growing HAH services in Victoria.

We have permanent and casual positions available at Geelong and Bendigo.

You will provide nursing care patients in their place of residence within the community. This is a great opportunity to join a dedicated and professional clinical team who provide excellent standards of care to patients throughout the community

The Position

• Capacity to understand and willingness to support and promote the Mission and Values of St John of God Health Care.

• Commitment to organisations service ethos through the provision of excellent service.

• Assess and document the anticipated needs of the patient.

• Make relevant referrals as necessary.

• Assess the occupational health and safety needs in the home and organize occupational therapy assessment to improve safety if necessary.

• In accordance with the prepared nursing care plan provide care that encourages the return to independent living where appropriate.

• Liaise closely with the Registered Nurse Clinical Case Manager and treating Doctor to maintain the highest possible standard of nursing care within the home.

• Observe record and report to a Registered Nurse specific and general physical and mental conditions of patients and symptoms and signs which may be indicative of change.

Successful applicants will hold a valid State Drivers Licence and be registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse.

Registered Nurses must have minimum three years post graduate experience in acute nursing and have demonstrated experience in a speciality area.

We can offer you

• Salary: RN $81995 to $103482 plus 12% Superannuation

• Salary: EN $64650 to $77180 plus 12% Superannuation

• Casual rate: RN $ (inclusive of 25% loading) plus 12% Superannuation

• Casual rate: EN $40.77 to 48.67 (inclusive of 25% loading) plus 12% Superannuation

• Permanent and casual positions available
