We are seeking an experienced Claims Team Leader to oversee the daytoday operations of our Inpatient Claims team (Hospital/Medical Claims) and drive excellence in service performance and process responsibilities:Lead coach and develop a team of 5 claims assessorsBuild engagement and foster a positive highperformance cultureEnsure clear communication effective onboarding and ongoing capability developmentManage daily workflow across our applications - e5 HAMBS ECLIPSE provider lines and MedicareAct as an escalation point for complex claims queries and complaintsMonitor quality accuracy and customer experience across all interactionsIdentify process system and procedural improvementsSupport UAT for HAMBS and e5 releasesDrive results by aligning team performance with KPIs and strategic goalsSkill and experience required:Minimum 5 years experience in health claims processingProven success leading a claims processing teamStrong knowledge of the HAMBS systemA coaching mindset strong communication skills and a passion for customercentric serviceAbout Doctors Health FundDoctors Health Fund (est. 1977) is a restricted private health insurer; the only health fund in Australia that exclusively serves the medical community and their families.
