Job Summary

Position Specific Description: Recruitment Number 26-047JC Building Maintenance Worker I (DL) BC-09 Wailuku Maui.

Note: This position requires a current and valid drivers license to operate a motor vehicle.
Summary of Duties: Performs a variety of skilled maintenance and repair work in the upkeep of buildings and structures and equipment housed therein; and performs other related duties as required.
Minimum Qualification Requirements: General Experience: Four (4) years of work experience which involved the performance of a variety of building maintenance repair work; or an equivalent combination of experience and training.

Non-Qualifying Experience: Experience as a janitor groundskeeper laboreror other related work which is not involved in performing a variety of building structure and equipment repairs on a regular ongoing basis isnot considered qualifying experience.

Selective Certification Requirement - Drivers License:For this position applicants must possess a current and valid drivers license to operate a motor vehicle.
