Operations Associate Back Half Day Shift

The Role:

This role will serve as afront-lineOperations Associateandaid in theproductionprocessingworkacross the factorys 24/7 compressed shifts.In this role you will set up production equipment prepare raw materials for production andperformverificationsofmaterials to complete the productionbatchessuccessfully.Skills needed for a successful Operations Associate are critical thinking andproblemsolvingattention to detail and qualityfocused mindset.The schedule for this opening is 5:30AM-6PM Thursday-Saturday rotating Wednesdays (C-Shift).

What Youll Do:

• Work with internal resources to resolve problems.

• Ensure adherence to department policies procedures regulatory compliance and environmental health and safety requirements.

• Provide input intoprocessprocedures as required.

• Set up machinery by positioning parts loading materials and entering specificationsin accordance with engineering parameters.

• Monitor one or more stages of the manufacturing process while equipment is running.

• Assess the quality of products and identify anynonconformities.

• Regularly inspect clean and performroutinemaintenance on machinery to keep it ingood workingorder.

• Completeproductivityreportsdetailing the number of parts or products made during each shift.

Required:

• Have proficiency in windows-based computer applications.

• Ability to read and write in the English language.

• Ability to readspecs andfollowingwork instructions.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

• High School Diploma/GED.

• Ability to work a 12-hour shift on your feet andlift upto 40 pounds.

Preferred experience:

• 1-3years ofmanufacturingor relevantexperience.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

• Detail oriented.

• Forward thinking (drives for continuous improvement).

• Ability to align to organizationalvalues.

• Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory and compliance guidelines and practices.

• Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills.

• Demonstrated knowledge of safety practices.
