Job Schedule: Sunday through Thursday 10:00 PM 06:30 AM (3rd Shift)

Position Overview: - We are seeking a Production Operator to support manufacturing operations in both pilot plant and production environments.
- This role involves performing routine production tasks including weighing mixing forming and drying materials while following standardized work instructions and maintaining strict safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities: - Perform routine manufacturing tasks following established procedures and work instructions
- Support pilot plant and production-scale processes for catalyst carrier production
- Execute production steps including weighing mixing forming and drying materials
- Accurately document processes using written and electronic systems
- Submit samples in ERP quality systems conduct testing and coordinate shipments
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace using 5S principles
- Follow all environmental health and safety (EHS) policies and procedures
- Perform basic equipment maintenance (cleaning assembly minor adjustments)
- Operate a forklift and maintain certification
- Communicate effectively with team members supervisors and internal stakeholders
- Assist with continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications: - High School Diploma or GED (required)
- 1 year of manufacturing production or industrial experience (preferred)
- Forklift certification (required or ability to obtain one)
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to perform intermediate math (decimals fractions SI units)
- Experience with basic computer tools (MS Office ERP systems preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented fast-paced environment
