Position Summary
We are seeking Wax Production Technicians to support manufacturing operations in a fast-paced aerospace production environment. This role involves assembling and preparing wax patterns used in the investment casting process.
Technicians will work with delicate wax components using hand tools to clean shape and assemble patterns according to work instructions and technical drawings. Attention to detail and careful handling of fragile materials are critical for success in this role.
The Wax Center supports multiple manufacturing facilities and operates 24/7 providing essential components used in aerospace production.
Key Responsibilities

Clean assemble and prepare wax patterns used in the manufacturing process

Work with delicate wax components requiring precision and careful handling

Use hand tools such as torches hot pencils scrapers and trimming tools
-
Follow technical work instructions and blueprint-style process cards
-
Perform detailed assembly work on small or fragile components
-
Inspect wax patterns for defects or irregularities
-
Maintain production flow on an assembly line environment
-
Ensure materials meet quality standards before moving to the next process
-
Maintain a clean and safe workstation
-
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Required Qualifications

Ability to perform detailed assembly work with small or fragile materials

Experience using basic hand tools

Strong attention to detail and quality
-
Ability to follow technical instructions or blueprint-style documentation
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
-
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Preferred Experience

Assembly experience in electronics microchips small parts manufacturing or precision assembly
-
Experience in manufacturing aerospace or production environments
-
Experience working with delicate materials requiring careful handling
