About the Role
Redhorse transforms the way government uses data and technology. To support this mission we are seeking a Cloud Software Engineer to support the FBIs Technology Innovation this role you will be at the forefront of the Bureaus digital transformation developing sophisticated cloud service delivery models (PaaS IaaS SaaS DaaS) and migrating mission-critical applications to highly secure AWS enclaves (SC2S/C2S). Working within a SAFe 6.0 environment you will play a vital role in ensuring that the FBIs technology remains resilient scalable and secure against evolving threats.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement cloud service delivery models including PaaS IaaS SaaS and DaaS to support FBI innovation goals.
- Lead the migration of legacy on-premises applications to the FBIs specialized AWS enclaves (SC2S/C2S).
- Perform deep-dive debugging and troubleshooting of complex cloud stacks to maintain system performance and uptime.
- Implement DevSecOps best practices and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to automate security controls and deployment pipelines.
- Operate within an Agile SAFe 6.0 framework to deliver iterative software products that meet high availability requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design software products specifically optimized for classified cloud environments.
Required Experience/Clearance
- Active U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.
- 5 years of professional experience in software engineering or cloud development.
- 3 years of hands-on experience working specifically within government AWS SC2S and C2S enclaves.
- Demonstrated experience implementing DevSecOps best practices and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions.
- Proven proficiency in designing and developing software products tailored for cloud-native environments.
Desired Experience
- Current SAFe for Architects (ARCH) certification.
- Experience working with the FBIs Secret Cloud on Premise (SCOP) infrastructure.
- Expertise in performing cost-benefit analyses and optimization for cloud-agnostic services.
- Advanced knowledge of automated security orchestration and compliance-as-code.
- Experience with high-availability architecture design for national security missions.
