Responsibilities

Workato is on an extraordinary growth trajectory and were looking for Account Executives ready to grow with us. As we continue to scale rapidly across the Nordics region were seeking an entrepreneurial company builder who thrives in dynamic environments and knows how to turn ambition into results.

This isnt a role for someone who follows a playbook. Its for someone who writes one. Youll have the autonomy to shape strategy build from the ground up and make a real impact in one of the most exciting chapters of our journey. If you have a builders mindset a flexible approach to challenges and the hunger to be part of something memorable this is your moment.

  • 2-5 Years of experience in B2B sales with a proven track record in enterprise SaaS or technology sales.
  • Experience in working on outbound / community-driven prospecting in the technology space.
  • Have worked successfully with business partners and know how to build long lasting relationships with our VAR ecosystem
  • Demonstrate tenacity grit and resilience when faced with adverse conditions.
  • You have experience handling and owning relationships with customers
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • You have experience navigating LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting applications
  • Native Nordics speaker and proficiency in English preferably based out of Stockholm Sweden
