Job Summary

Polish-Speaking Customer Support (On-site in Lisbon)

We are looking for Polish-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join our team in Lisbon Portugal. In this role you will support customers of a leading e-commerce platform ensuring a high level of service and customer satisfaction.

Welcome Bonus: 1000 for Polish speakers

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support in Polish via phone email or chat.

  • Assist customers with inquiries related to products services orders and account issues.

  • Maintain strong knowledge of e-commerce products services and industry standards.

  • Deliver a high level of customer service with empathy and professionalism.

  • Handle customer interactions with clear communication and rational decision-making.

  • Manage high volumes of contacts especially during promotion and peak seasons.

  • Document interactions and solutions accurately in internal systems.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve more complex issues.

Requirements

  • Fluent Polish (C1/C2 level).

  • Good English level (B2 or higher) for internal communication.

  • Strong customer service skills and a problem-solving mindset.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Good understanding of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills.
