We are looking for Polish-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join our team in Lisbon Portugal. In this role you will support customers of a leading e-commerce platform ensuring a high level of service and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Provide customer support in Polish via phone email or chat.

Assist customers with inquiries related to products services orders and account issues.

Maintain strong knowledge of e-commerce products services and industry standards.

Deliver a high level of customer service with empathy and professionalism.

Handle customer interactions with clear communication and rational decision-making.

Manage high volumes of contacts especially during promotion and peak seasons.

Document interactions and solutions accurately in internal systems.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve more complex issues.
Requirements

Fluent Polish (C1/C2 level).

Good English level (B2 or higher) for internal communication.

Strong customer service skills and a problem-solving mindset.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Good understanding of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills.
