About the role

CORUM is recruiting an Investment Analyst (up to 3 years experience) to join its Investment Team in Lisbon. The role is well suited to a highly motivated individual looking to build a longterm career in investment management within a panEuropean real estate platform.

The Group CORUM is a European investment group headquartered in Paris employing approximately 270 employees. The Group designs and distributes longterm savings solutions through internally managed investment funds managing approximatelty 10 billion in assets under management (AUM) on behalf of more that 150000 investors.

Within the Group CORUM Asset Management is the regulated investment management entity dedicated to real estate investments. It manages four real estate funds and has built a strong track record in opportunistic and coreplus investing across all major commercial real estate sectors in 17 European countries.
In November 2024 the launch of its fourth real estate fund expanded the investment remit to include the United States further strengthening the Groups international platform.

CORUM Asset Management operates through a fully integrated investment model with inhouse capabilities covering sourcing investment analysis transaction execution fund management financing and asset management. Your missions

You will join the Sourcing Team working closely with senior investment professionals throughout the investment process. Your responsibilities will include:

• Analysing real estate investment opportunities across sectors and asset classes

• Building and maintaining detailed discounted cash flow models

• Analysing market valuation and comparable transaction data

• Reviewing tenant sponsor and counterparty financials

• Preparing investment committee materials and internal investment memoranda

• Supporting senior team members throughout the Transactions

The Investment Team is composed of the Sourcing Team and the Transactions this role you will be an active member of the Sourcing Team responsible for originating underwriting modelling and structuring new transactions across various countries and asset classes. You will continue to be involved as transactions progress to execution and are led by the Transactions Team.

Qualifications and experience

• Background in real estate finance investment banking consulting or private equity or alternatively recently graduated from a Masters degree in Finance Economics or Management with relevant professional experience

• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to assess complex financial and investment scenarios across multiple countries and asset classes

• Working proficiency in Portuguese and English; knowledge of Spanish and/or Italian is an advantage

• Strong attention to detail and high standards of accuracy

• Clear and confident communicator able to understand synthesise and articulate real estate fundamentals macroeconomic trends and investment rationales both verbally and through highquality written materials and presentations

• Selfstarter with a high degree of autonomy comfortable taking ownership of workstreams while operating effectively within a team environment

• Resilient and adaptable work ethic able to perform under pressure manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fastmoving transactional context

• Interest in crossborder investing with the flexibility and curiosity to work across European markets and sectors

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills including financial modelling scenario analysis and professionalgrade presentation materials
