Cross Border Talents is looking for motivated Danish speakers to join our international team. This is a local hire for residents of Braga who are ready to start immediately.
- Location: 100% Remote (Must reside in Braga Portugal)
- Start Date: ASAP / This Month
- Contract: Permanent (CDI)
Compensation & Financial Perks
- Base Salary: 1500 per month paid over 14 months.
- Monthly Performance Bonus: Up to 80 extra based on targets.
- Welcome Bonus: Boost your monthly income with a sign-on bonus paid in 12 monthly installments.
- Braga Position Bonus: An additional 20 per month for our local talent.
- Meal Allowance: 7.63 per working day (paid via meal card) one of the highest rates in the market!

- Zero Cost: The insurance becomes 100% FREE after 6 months of your contract.

Health & Well-being
Your Profile:
- Fluent/Native Danish (C2 level).
- Good English skills (B2) for internal communication and systems.
- Currently residing in Braga (required).
- A customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Eligibility: Must hold an EU Passport or a valid Portuguese Residence Permit.
- Note: As this is a local hire for Braga residents no relocation or housing package is provided.
