A traditional Single Family Office with significant real estate exposure is seeking a CFO to oversee financial strategy structuring and reporting.

The portfolio includes direct real estate holdings operating entities and investment structures across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee financial reporting budgeting and cash flow management
Supervise accounting teams and external administrators
Manage real estate entity structures and capital calls
Coordinate tax planning with internal and external advisors
Oversee debt facilities and lender relationships
Ensure compliance across investment vehicles

Profile

12 years of experience in family office private real estate or real estate investment platforms
Strong knowledge of real estate structures SPVs and partnership accounting
Experience with multi-entity reportingCPA preferred
Detail-oriented hands-on and commercially aware
