A growing Single Family Office in Palm Beach is seeking a combined CIO/COO to oversee both investment strategy and operational execution.

This role requires someone comfortable operating across asset allocation manager selection and day-to-day infrastructure management.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute investment strategy across asset classes
Conduct due diligence on private investments and fund managers
Oversee portfolio construction and risk monitoring
Build and manage operational framework (reporting compliance governance)
Manage banking relationships and liquidity planning
Recruit and oversee internal staff and external advisors

- 1020 years of experience in investment management or family office leadership

- Strong analytical and operational skillset

- Experience across private markets and public strategies

- Comfortable working in a lean environment

- Long-term mindset with strong principal communication skills
