Job Summary
Wilson Ford Lincoln is seeking a dedicated Automotive Customer Service Representative to join our team in Saginaw this role you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers providing exceptional service and support throughout their vehicle servicing and maintenance experience. You will work closely with our service departments to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships with our valued clients.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone email and in-person.
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments and vehicle deliveries.
- Provide accurate information regarding vehicles services and company policies.
- Maintain customer records and update database information as needed.
- Collaborate with sales service and parts departments to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Proficiency with computer systems and customer management software.
