Job Summary

Role Overview

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Representative to join our direct-to-consumer team.

You will be responsible for managing inbound leads guiding prospects through the buying journey and closing high-value vehicle sales. This role is both structured and performance-driven with a strong focus on responsiveness customer experience and conversion.

You will play a key role in delivering a seamless experience from first contact to deposit working closely with the broader sales and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Execution

  • Contact inbound leads quickly and consistently
  • Manage conversations across phone SMS email and in-person visits
  • Understand customer needs and position Noovo vans accordingly
  • Lead test drives and product walkthroughs when applicable
  • Close deals and secure deposits
  • Operate within SLAs defined by sales leadership

Conversion & Follow-Up

  • Maintain consistent and structured follow-up with all prospects
  • Move leads efficiently through the sales funnel
  • Handle objections clearly and confidently
  • Ensure every lead has a defined next step

Customer Experience

  • Deliver a high-quality consultative buying experience
  • Build trust with customers throughout the process
  • Ensure a smooth handoff to delivery and operations teams

CRM & Process Discipline

  • Accurately track all interactions in HubSpot
  • Maintain pipeline visibility and data quality
  • Follow established sales processes and playbooks

Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in sales (DTC or high-ticket sales preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage and lead a sales conversation from start to close
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced performance-driven environment
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline
  • 2 Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM is necessary

Compensation

  • $50k Commission based on performance
