Our startup MEDICONCIERGE is bringing fresh momentum to healthcare: with innovative solutions we create tangible relief in the daily operations of medical practices and multi-specialty clinics (MVZ).
Our digital phone assistant combines AI-powered conversation management with existing practice systems setting a new standard for patient communication.
With the backing of many enthusiastic customers were on an expansion trajectory and want to accelerate our growth further.
Weve already come far and have much more planned - for that we need you: A communicative go-getter (m/f/d) who identifies engages and inspires potential customers with curiosity and persistence. You bring our digital solution into initial conversations qualify leads and lay the foundation for successful customer relationships right at the pulse of growth.
Tasks
You identify suitable target customers (medical practices ambulatory care centers clinics) and proactively introduce them to our solution via email LinkedIn or phone.
You conduct initial conversations with potential customers and generate genuine interest in our product.
You analyze feedback from the market and help us continuously improve our outreach approach.
You work closely with our Sales Marketing and Product teams and actively contribute your ideas.
You support building scalable sales processes and enjoy thinking outside the box.
You contribute directly to revenue growth and our market presence. You dont give up. Whatever it takes.
Requirements

Sales instinct & customer focus: You have a strong sense for conversation dynamics quickly identify real needs and move customers forward with smart questions even without hard-selling.
Structured data-driven work: CRM KPIs conversion rates for you these arent buzzwords but tools to make yourself and your team better.
Learning mindset & growth orientation: You want to grow with us professionally personally entrepreneurially. Youre open to feedback test new approaches and celebrate learnings as much as wins.
Language & communication: You communicate clearly empathetically and at eye level both verbally and in writing. Since were currently focused primarily on the German market fluent German is required.
Prior experience in healthcare and/or SaaS is a strong plus.
