Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the receipt storage and distribution of insurance documents forms and supplies.
- Track shipments manage courier services and ensure timely delivery of essential documents to clients brokers and internal departments.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage documentation for compliance purposes.
- Collaborate with internal teams (claims underwriting sales) to anticipate and meet logistical needs.
- Analyze logistics workflows and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure adherence to company policies insurance regulations and data security requirements during transportation and handling.
- Manage vendor relationships including contracts with courier and shipping services.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on logistics performance including delivery times costs and discrepancies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in logistics operations or supply chain management; experience in the insurance or financial services sector is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management software.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
