Associate Logistics Technician

Tekberry is seeking an Associate Logistics Technician to support our client Moog a global leader in precision motion control solutions for aerospace and defense applications. This role supports stockroom operations inventory control and material movement in a fast-paced highly regulated manufacturing environment.

Inventory & Stockroom Operations
Maintain accurate stock balances; issue receive and transfer materials
Perform cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
Track and verify lot-controlled inventory with high accuracy

Material Handling & Transactions
Execute material transactions across multiple system screens
Process kit issues shop floor requests shortages and returns
Support inter-stockroom transfers and spare part shipments

Packaging & Compliance
Package materials using proper handling techniques to prevent damage
Follow ESD handling procedures and material control standards
Identify and report deviations in materials packaging or processes

Cross-Functional Support
Interface with engineers program analysts inspection teams and production staff
Support stockroom organization housekeeping and inventory consolidation
Assist in training new employees and supporting multiple stockroom areas

High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience in stockroom logistics warehouse or manufacturing environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy (lot traceability critical)
Basic computer skills and ability to learn transaction-based systems
Ability to lift up to 65 lbs. and remain on feet throughout shift
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Experience in aerospace or regulated manufacturing environment
Familiarity with inventory systems and transaction processing
ESD handling knowledge
Experience with cycle counts material reconciliation or shipping processes
