Responsibilities
Take ownership of shaping and refining the companys investment narrative ensuring a clear consistent and credible positioning within public capital markets.
Lead the preparation of investor-facing materials including presentations financial results documentation briefing packs and strategic communication updates.
Oversee earnings announcements and disclosure processes working closely with senior leadership to align messaging and market positioning.
Provide strategic direction on business and financial analysis to evaluate performance against targets and external economic conditions.
Interpret complex operational and financial data into concise meaningful insights for investors analysts and internal stakeholders.
Drive high-level forecasting scenario planning and valuation analysis to support strategic decision-making and long-term capital allocation.
Manage relationships with equity analysts and brokerage firms to strengthen research coverage across both domestic and regional markets.
Actively influence market perception through regular engagement with analysts ensuring a clear understanding of the companys strategy performance and outlook.
Lead initiatives to expand and diversify the investor base with the aim of improving liquidity trading activity and institutional ownership.
Serve as the primary point of contact for key external stakeholders including institutional investors private equity partners lenders and credit rating agencies.
Represent the company in investor meetings roadshows conference calls and other market-facing activities to enhance visibility and reputation in global capital markets.
Oversee credit rating engagements across the group and its entities ensuring alignment between financial strategy capital structure and rating expectations.
Collaborate with executive leadership on capital markets strategy including listing considerations transactions and initiatives to drive shareholder value and investor confidence.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Accounting or a related discipline; an MBA or CFA designation is strongly preferred.
1215 years of relevant experience in areas such as Investment Banking Equity Research Private Equity Corporate Finance or Investor Relations within a publicly listed or large-scale organization.
In-depth knowledge of capital markets valuation techniques financial modeling and macroeconomic trends.
Proven experience engaging with institutional investors equity analysts credit rating agencies and global financial market participants.
Strong ability to develop and communicate a compelling investment narrative that integrates business strategy operational performance and financial outcomes.
Solid experience managing earnings communications regulatory disclosures and compliance requirements in a listed company environment.
Advanced analytical skills with the capability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.
Strong executive presence with excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal and the ability to effectively represent the organization to sophisticated stakeholders.
