Our client is a leading financial services company currently seeking a qualified candidate to join their team.
Develop and execute investor relations strategies aligned with the companys long-term growth and capital objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing investors through proactive engagement.
Deliver a high-quality tailored investor experience across the full investment lifecycle.
Oversee the preparation and standardization of investor materials onboarding documents and periodic reports.
Lead investor relations activities such as financial disclosures investor meetings conferences and roadshows.
Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams (Legal Marketing Investment/Portfolio) to ensure consistent and transparent communication.
Prepare and present updates on company performance strategic direction and future outlook to investors.
Monitor market trends benchmark competitors and proactively address investor expectations.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements disclosure standards and internal governance policies.
Act as a strategic advisor to senior management on investor communication and engagement.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business Administration or a related field.
7-10 years of experience in finance investment or investor relations roles.
Proven experience working with institutional investors or strategic partners.
Strong communication presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Solid understanding of capital markets investment products and regulatory frameworks.
Ability to build and sustain long-term professional relationships.
Fluency in both Vietnamese and English.
Professional certifications such as CFA (or equivalent) are an advantage.

Required Skills:
Education Bachelors degree in Economics Finance Securities Accounting Auditing Banking or related fields. Possession of a securities practicing license/certification. Knowledge / Expertise Strong understanding of financial and securities markets. Solid knowledge of institutional investor behavior. Experience 510 years of experience in Institutional Client Development/Sales Asset Management Fund Management or Investment Banking at banks securities firms or fund management companies. Skills Ability to perform under pressure and meet sales/revenue targets. Excellent communication negotiation and relationship management skills with a client-first mindset. Strong English proficiency in communication presentations and report writing. Professional attitude and work style. Strict compliance with internal policies and applicable laws/regulations. Strong commitment to confidentiality and client data protection. Ability to collaborate effectively across functions/departments to achieve shared goals.
