Our client is a Automation Solution provider that is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
1. Sales Strategy & Business Development
Develop and execute the industrial automation sales strategy in Vietnam to drive sustainable growth.
Expand Deltas OBM business by promoting automation digitalization and energy-efficient solutions.
Identify market opportunities across key manufacturing sectors and drive solution-based sales initiatives.
Promote Smart Manufacturing and Green Factory Solutions to enhance productivity and sustainability.
2. Domain-driven Solution Sales
Lead a domain-focused sales approach targeting specific industries and applications.
Develop integrated solutions combining automation digital platforms and energy management systems.
Collaborate with solution and engineering teams to deliver value-added system solutions.
Translate customer operational challenges into automation and digitalization opportunities.
3. Channel & Partner Ecosystem Development
Develop and implement a channel strategy (distributors system integrators machine builders partners).
Establish structured partner management: evaluation enablement and performance tracking.
Work with partners to promote Smart Manufacturing and Green Factory Solutions.
Ensure alignment between direct sales teams and channel partners.
Collaborate with regional teams on partner programs training and solution models.
4. Customer Engagement & Market Development
Build strong relationships with key manufacturing customers and stakeholders.
Position Delta as a trusted partner for smart factory and sustainable transformation.
Lead customer engagement activities: workshops demos and innovation initiatives.
5. Team Leadership & Organizational Development
Lead the Vietnam sales organization including:
End User Sales
Field Application Engineers (FAE)
Sales Administration
Solution / Application teams
Build a high-performing customer-centric solution-selling organization.
Provide coaching performance management and capability development.
6. Ecosystem Partner Development
Build and manage a strong ecosystem of system integrators machine builders and technology partners.
Develop strategic partnerships to expand solution capabilities and market reach.
Foster long-term collaboration for mutual growth.
7. Cross-functional & Regional Collaboration
Work closely with Industrial Automation BG/BU teams to align strategies and solutions.
Collaborate with Southeast Asia teams to maximize regional opportunities.
Promote cross-business integration for comprehensive smart manufacturing solutions.
Requirements
1. Experience
Minimum 10 years in industrial automation manufacturing solutions or industrial equipment sales.
At least 5 years in leadership roles managing sales or technical teams.
2. Industry Knowledge
Strong understanding of:
Factory automation systems
Smart manufacturing / Industry 4.0
Manufacturing digitalization
Industrial energy efficiency and sustainability
Experience working with manufacturing customers in Vietnam or Southeast Asia is highly preferred.
3. Leadership & Business Skills
Strong leadership and organizational development capabilities.
Proven experience in solution sales and key account management.
Strategic thinking with strong business development skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and complex projects.
4. Language Skills
Fluent in English.
Vietnamese preferred.
Mandarin is a strong advantage.
