Job Summary

The Role at a Glance

In this position you will be responsible for driving cost optimization and operational efficiency across the organization. Key responsibilities include:

Strategic Sourcing: Developing sourcing plans category management and vendor rationalization.
Negotiation & Contracts: Leading commercial negotiations and finalizing contracts to ensure favorable terms and risk mitigation.
Compliance: Ensuring all procurement activities adhere to regulatory requirements and audit standards-critical in a highly regulated exchange environment.
Leadership: Mentoring the procurement team and fostering long-term strategic supplier partnerships.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: 8 12 years of relevant experience in Procurement and Strategic Sourcing.
Background: Exposure to the BFSI financial services or exchange sectors is highly preferred.
Education: MBA or PGDM ideally with a focus on Supply Chain or Operations.
Skills: Strong analytical abilities commercial acumen and excellent stakeholder management skills.
