Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Relationship Manager – Home Loan (HL) / Loan Against Property (LAP) – Near Prime Segment to drive business growth in the assigned locations across Rajasthan. The role involves sourcing loan cases building strong relationships with channel partners and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Source Home Loan and LAP (Near Prime) cases through DSA connectors and open market channels.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with DSA partners brokers and referral networks.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance as per company policies.
Maintain strong customer relationships and provide post-disbursement support.
Required Qualifications
Education: Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Home Loan / LAP / Mortgage Sales.
Experience in DSA / channel partner management preferred.
