Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Relationship Manager to drive business growth in the Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) segment. The role involves sourcing new business through the open market building strong relationships with customers and connectors and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Source Home Loan and LAP business through open market channels.
Generate leads through connectors builders brokers and referrals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct customer meetings and explain product features and benefits.
Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance as per company policy.
Track market trends and competitor activities.
Eligibility Criteria
Experience: 2–5 years in HL/LAP or secured loan sales.
Education: Graduate in any discipline.
Experience in Affordable Housing / Prime segment preferred.
Strong network in open market sourcing.
