Senior GenAI Developer

We are looking for a Senior GenAI Developer with hands-on expertise in open source and AWS Generative AI stacks. You will design and build production-ready RAG pipelines agentic workflows and knowledge-based AI solutions. This role focuses on delivering scalable low-hallucination and observable AI systems using modern LLMs and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

• Build RAG pipelines and agentic workflows using LangChain and LangGraph
• Develop knowledge base chatbots with semantic search and conversation memory
• Implement advanced retrieval strategies (Hybrid Search HyDE chunking)
• Design multi-agent architectures (Agentic RAG Self-RAG Corrective RAG)
• Integrate LLMs (Claude GPT-4o Llama Mistral) via APIs and hosting platforms
• Work with vector databases (Pinecone Weaviate PGVector)
• Build solutions using AWS Bedrock Agents and Knowledge Bases
• Set up evaluation (Ragas) and observability (LangSmith/Phoenix)
• Deploy AI services using FastAPI Docker and OpenTelemetry

Qualifications :

• 8 years of experience in any cloud platform preferable AWS
• 3 years in GenAI/LLM development
• 3 years of experience in Python and AI backend development skills
• Experience with LangChain vector DBs and RAG architectures
• Hands-on AWS experience (Bedrock Lambda S3 API Gateway etc.)
• Experience with LLM evaluation observability and scalable deployments

• Graph RAG or Human-in-the-Loop systems
• LLM fine-tuning (LoRA / QLoRA)
• Amazon Connect GenAI integrations
• AWS AI/ML certifications
