Sales & Marketing Manager (Hospitality Catering Industry)
Job Summary
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth expand market share and achieve organizational sales targets. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven professional with a strong understanding of market dynamics excellent leadership skills and a proven track record in sales management. This role requires someone who can motivate a sales team build lasting client relationships and implement data-driven strategies to achieve measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Planning:
Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve company objectives.
Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer needs to identify business opportunities.
Set and monitor sales targets KPIs and performance metrics for the sales team.
Team Leadership & Development:
Lead motivate and mentor a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales goals.
Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Evaluate individual and team performance providing constructive feedback and support for improvement.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients partners and stakeholders.
Identify new client acquisition opportunities and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Oversee the negotiation and closing of major deals and contracts.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
Track analyze and report on sales performance revenue forecasts and market insights.
Prepare and present weekly monthly and quarterly sales reports to management.
Recommend and implement improvements to optimize sales processes and productivity.
Collaboration & Coordination:
Work closely with marketing operations and finance teams to align sales strategies with organizational goals.
Coordinate promotional activities campaigns and product launches to support sales objectives.
Provide input on pricing marketing strategies and customer experience initiatives.
Requirements
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field (Masters degree is an added advantage).
35 years of proven experience in sales or business development with at least 12 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
Strong knowledge of sales techniques customer relationship management and market analysis.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot Zoho) and MS Office Suite.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve results.
Goal-oriented proactive and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.

Required Skills:
Minimum Requirements: Education: Bachelors degree in hospitality management Business Administration Spa ManagementDiploma or related field. Additional certifications in Spa Operations Beauty Therapy or Wellness Management are a plus. Minimum 46 years of progressive experience in spa salon or wellness center operations. At least 3years in a supervisory or management role. Proven experience in managing teams budgets and customer service delivery. Skills: Strong leadership and team-building capabilities. Sales and business development acumen. Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills. Proficient in spa management software MS Office and basic financial reporting.
