Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong trusted relationships with area producers through regular on-farm visits phone calls and digital communication.
  • Recommend and sell seed fertilizer and crop protection products tailored to each growers operation and goals.
  • Work closely with customers to develop agronomic plans that drive both short-term yield gains and long-term profitability.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and actively grow your customer base.
  • Deliver exceptional customer servicefollowing through on commitments and serving as a reliable resource year-round.
  • Stay current with agronomic trends new technologies and precision ag tools to provide the best possible solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure top-notch service efficient logistics and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For

  • 3 years of experience in Ag Retail Agronomy Sales or a related agricultural field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple relationships effectively.
  • Proven ability to generate new business while maintaining existing customer accounts.
  • Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
  • Experience selling seed fertilizer and crop protection products required.
  • A self-motivated results-driven professional who takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Proficiency with technology and digital tools used in precision agriculture and account management.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $65000 $90000 (based on experience)
Commission: Uncapped earning potentialyour success directly impacts your income.
