As a Sales Representative you will be responsible for promoting and selling our real estate services to potential clients. Key Responsibilities:

1. Promote and sell our real estate services to potential clients through various channels such as cold calling networking and referrals.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide the best solutions.

4. Meet or exceed sales targets by actively seeking out and closing new deals.

5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

6. Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and generate leads.

7. Keep accurate records of sales and customer interactions in our CRM system.

8. Provide excellent customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.

2. 2 years of experience in sales preferably in the real estate industry.

3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

5. Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.

6. Self-motivated and driven to succeed.

7. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

8. Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
