Job Summary

Your Daily Business
  • Customer Experience:You will take on and register all incoming IT inquiries through phone e-mail chat and self-service portal in our ITSM tool (Service Now).
  • Error Handling:You will be responsible for the initial troubleshooting using remote control tools and existing knowledge articles.
  • Technical Support:You will forward more complex enquiries to the 2nd level of support.

  • Communication Skills:Fluency in English in German (B2/C1) both written and spoken to collaborate effectively in an international environment.
  • Mindset: Strong customer focus and service orientation.
  • IT Experience:You have already first experience in IT mainly in the area of Microsoft and Apple technologies.
  • Motivation:Working pro-actively in a team is not an issue but you are also not afraid to save the day on your own Awesome!
