AP Accountant with German

We currently looking for AP Accountant to our team in Wrocław.

Responsibilities

• Endtoend responsibility for the Accounts Payable process in line with company policies and procedures

• Processing and posting of invoices with purchase orders (PO)

• Formal and substantive verification of cost and goods invoices

• Monitoring and managing invoice approval workflows up to payment

• Reconciliation of vendor balances and independent clarification of open items

• Participation in monthend closing activities

• Ensuring compliance with internal and external audit requirements in daily operations

• Ongoing monitoring optimization and improvement of AP processes

• Cooperation with other departments (Procurement Finance HR local entities)

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experiencein Accounts Payable / vendor accounting

• University degree in Accounting Taxation Economics or Finance (completed or currently in progress).

• Very good understanding of the endtoend AP process

• Practical experience with:

  • PO invoices

  • approval workflows

  • GL account assignment for purchase orders

  • vendor account reconciliations

• Knowledge of SOX compliance principlesin daily operations (internal training will be provided)

• Very good command of German

• English language will be a plus

• Willingness to work hybrid form Wrocław
