What you will do:

• Deliver monthly metrics and strategic insights to the P&C team Executive Leadership and the CEO.
• Ensure reporting accuracy and alignment with global governance and data integrity standards.
• Translate complex datasets into clear narratives and actionable recommendations for business leaders.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and deep-dive workforce insights to support data-driven decision-making.
• Identify lifecycle trends and risks to optimize people processes and operational ways of working.
• Design and maintain intuitive Workday dashboards and visualization tools for all levels of Easygo.
• Partner with HR Systems and Operations to ensure high-quality data capture and proactive risk mitigation.
• Scale analytics foundations to international teams while exploring responsible AI and building data literacy.

What you will bring:

• Background in HR People & Culture or related business support functions
• Experience delivering people metrics dashboards and insights to stakeholders
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Experience working with HR systems and people data (Workday experience highly regarded)
• Comfortable working with dashboards reports and ad hoc analysis
• Exposure to Excel with ambition to further develop

Bonus points if you also have:

• Background in People Analytics Workforce Analytics or a related field
• Exposure to systems such as Workday SuccessFactors Oracle HCM or equivalent.
• Awareness of data security privacy and governance principles
• Interest in AI and digital enablement particularly in a People & Culture context
