Sales Development Representative (Remote)

Location: Remote (Latin America)

Compensation: $1000 - $1500 USD/month plus performance-based upside

Schedule: Monday to Friday standard US business hours

Type: Full-time Independent Contractor

Our client is a US real estate team that depends on consistent outbound activity to build pipeline. They need someone who is comfortable on the phone organized inside a CRM and steady under pressure.

About the Role

You will spend most of your time doing outbound work: calling leads qualifying interest handling common objections and moving real opportunities to the next step. This is a role for someone who likes sales activity not someone who wants to hide behind email.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to leads and prospects each day.
  • Qualify interest gather the right context and route promising conversations correctly.
  • Book appointments and keep the handoff to closers organized.
  • Maintain clean notes and next steps in the CRM.
  • Follow up consistently with leads that are not ready on the first touch.
  • Report on activity contact rates and common objections so the team can improve the process.

Who You Are

  • You have done outbound sales SDR appointment setting or lead generation work before.
  • You are comfortable hearing no and moving to the next call without losing energy.
  • Your spoken English is strong and easy for US prospects to understand.
  • You keep good records and do not leave the CRM messy for the next person.
  • You can work from a script when needed but you also know how to sound natural.

Bonus Points

  • Experience in real estate home services or another call-heavy environment.
  • Experience with HubSpot Salesforce or a similar CRM.
  • Spanish-English bilingual communication.

What Success Looks Like

First 90 Days:

  • You know the script objection patterns and qualification standards well enough to run a solid day on your own.
  • Appointments are being set consistently and the CRM no longer needs cleanup after every shift.
  • The team trusts the notes you leave because they are clear specific and actionable.

Ongoing:

  • Outbound activity stays disciplined even when contact rates are uneven.
  • The handoff to closers is cleaner because leads are better qualified.
  • Pipeline becomes more predictable because follow-up is not slipping through the cracks.
